Rubio was born and raise in Canterlot but, she wasn't spoiled nor Snobbish or Snooty. Her Talent is painting and sculpting pottery.

While Flojo was born and raise in Ponyville, his talent is surfing.

One day, Rubio went to Ponyville to see what it's like then ended up bumping into Flojo. Later they got married and had two fillies.
